CHIVIC main quality control procedure as follow:
Select qualified supplier.
We audit the factory according the “evaluation system for supplier” and continue to measure the production capability.
Obtaining the following certification is a proof of good process control:
1, ISO 9001:2000
2, ISO/TS16949:2002
CHIVIC continue developing the supplier and keep the customer requirement as our requirement.
CHIVIC quality team have experience more than 10 years in oversea market quality control. The quality assurance capability meet and exceed the customer's requirement.

CHIVIC quality team has special testing and measuring facility for each kind of process and part; the control plan is considered as well. The capability of testing and measuring include :
1. Parts life cycle test (DC motor runing life,Pump lifecycle,Relay operation time...).
2. Vibration test in environment condition
3. Dimensions measure (3D inspection,projector...)
4. Material test (Metal spectrum analysis,Rubber performance test...)
5. Other test (Noise test,Raining test,Salt spray test...) |
CHIVIC cooperate with the third independence laboratory in a long term. The certified laboratory service is as follow (not only):
1. EMC/LVD/MD testing
2. CE Certification
3. RoHS 2002/95/EC
4. X-RAY testing for metal parts
5. Metal coating thickness test
PPAP documents can be submited according to customer requirment.
