During both the process of development and manufacture, each of the tanks is subjected to rigorous analyses, since the smallest defect could lead to serious problems in the vehicle.
A variety of tests, including extremes of temperature, sudden changes of pressure, and tests with the vibration machine are carried out on our expansion tanks, in order to ensure that the products are fault-free. The reservoir of the windshield washer unit stores the liquid for the windshield washer system, and it incorporates the motors that pump the liquid and the level gauge.The main process is blowing,injection,welding,leaking test and cleaning.
